Starting February 2nd from 10-10:45 am and running once every 6 weeks, We will explore a new joint or series of joints each session, and how it relates to our breath, core, balance, postural stability and nervous system. Each workshop will be divided into parts - myofascial release and movement, pranayama and meditation. Managing Hypermobility is a life long journey…At the end of each session, you will learn different tools to add or create your own daily self care routine!
